Rockwell Audiology Inc: COVID-19 Update

We are committed to keeping patients and staff safe.

* Please contact us with your current email address, telephone number, cell phone number, and mailing address so we can keep you informed. *

Rockwell Audiology is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic as it evolves. Clinic protocols and the premises are being updated so that we can continue to gradually re-open while keeping clients, clinicians, and staff safe and healthy.

    • Telephone and email support sessions are preferred and will be offered first.
    • Contactless services are available for supplies, batteries, and hearing aid repairs.
    • Walk-ins are not permitted. The door is locked between appointments. There is no waiting room.
    • In-person clinic visits are by appointment only and protective equipment must be worn.
    • Patients will be screened for COVID-19 by e-mail and upon arrival for scheduled appointments.
    • Please do not press the Courier Button. The door will be opened for you at your scheduled time.
    • Patients will be asked to sanitize their hands using hand sanitizer upon arrival.
    • Patients attending in-person appointments must wear a mask - no exceptions.
    • Certain types of appointments will occur in the re-purposed waiting room to minimize foot traffic.
    • Please be on time for appointments. Do not arrive early or late. This will help maintain physical distancing in the building and allow time for proper disinfection of the clinic between patients.
  • Please call or email using our contact form to arrange for supplies, batteries, or repairs. Please consider the option of telehealth and virtual appointments when possible.

Many changes and new rules but all in an effort to keep us all as safe as possible, especially our more vulnerable and immunocompromised patients.

Please... continue to do your part to avoid the unnecessary spread of the virus and keep our families, friends, businesses, and community safe. Wash your hands. Don't touch your face. Cough and sneeze into your sleeve, not your hand. Stay home if unwell. Self-isolate if you have travelled outside of BC or have been near someone confirmed COVID-19 positive.

Rockwell Audiology is officially introducing new Hearing Aid Service Plans starting 01-OCT-2015!

Hearing aid costs consist of two main elements:

    • The device and
    • The professional service required to accurately fit and maintain that device.

Recognizing that different hearing aid wearers have different service needs, we are introducing three new Service Tiers to offer clients customized professional service plans to best meet their needs, lifestyle, and budgets. These plans are not hearing aid leasing programs - clients own their aids.
